One of my work colleagues baked each of us on the global team a beautiful loaf of Swedish cinnamon bread for Christmas. It’s ridiculously delicious, but huge, especially for my (mostly) gluten-free household. The boy and busy daddy will pretty much be eating toasted cinnamon bread for breakfast every day this week.
I’ll tell you what, I’ve eaten more gluten products over the past three days than I’ve eaten in the last three months. I feel like crap, but I think it was worth it? Sad face?
