Since we didn’t have Korean food for lunch yesterday, I made a Korean dish for dinner last night. Thus, the boy’s bento box today is leftover beef kalbi with rice. As an added bonus, I put a packet of furikake for the boy to add to his rice. What’s furikake? Funny you should ask. It’s a Japanese seasoning mix that consists of seaweed, sesame seeds, bonito flakes and other stuff that you put on rice. I know that the boy likes the stuff, but if the furikake is in a Mickey Mouse packet, then he loves it.

It’s a crazy beautiful day today. I still have a touch of a cold. Maybe I should have taken a sick day today?
