Since we were in the area, we had an early dinner at So Kong Dong, a.k.a. Soft Tofu Restaurant, which was featured on No Reservations a few years ago. It’s pretty good and I’m sure very authentic. If the crowd is any indication, it’s also very popular. Even though it was good, busy daddy and I agreed that it didn’t compare to our usual, favorite Korean diner in Parsippany, which doesn’t get half the crowd.
