We had lunch at our favorite Korean joint in Parsippany today. We all had our usual, and as a special treat, we also ordered the seafood pajun, which is sort of like the Korean version of Chinese scallion pancake. Pajun is typically made with seafood, but there’s also a yummy version that just has kim chi. The boy was thrilled that we got seafood pajun. For some reason, he loves squid.
When I got the check, I saw for the first time that the place is listed as a “Korean & Chinese Restaurant.” But the sign outside says it’s a “Korean & Japanese Restaurant.” Both notices are weird because as far as I can tell, the place only serves Korean food, and doesn’t serve Chinese or Japanese food.
